NHIE.AI is a "Never Have I Ever" card game where users can swipe through cards, submit their own cards, and unlock premium content packs. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

You may play the game without an account, but certain features require sign-in.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting cards to the Service, you agree that:

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submitted content.
Your submissions must not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
Your submissions must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content at our discretion.
Approved submissions may be displayed to all users of the Service.

Submit content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination

Premium content packs are available for purchase through the Service.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.

The Service, including its original content (excluding user submissions), features, and functionality, is owned by NHIE.AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NHIE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some content (Spicy and Dark packs) is intended for users 18 years or older. By accessing age-restricted content, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
